Forever Emily's Rare Heart T-Shirt

Born with a broken heart (Congenital Heart Defect - CHD - occurs about 1 in 100 births), Emily painted this image as a preschooler! She was later diagnosed with MPS IIIA/Sanfilippo Syndrome - a rare, terminal degenerative disorder. This design has been created with her artwork in order to spread awareness and have some part of my Emily out in this world!

This fitted tee features a crew neck, set-in collar 1x1 Baby Rib and a tear away label. It has a slightly longer torso and it's pre-washed to prevent shrinking. It's made from 100% combed ring spun cotton, with the exception of Heather Grey, which is made from 90% cotton and 10% poly.
